What countries do you ship to?

How do I check the order status?
Once you've completed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. Within that email you will be able to click 'view order' to see it's current status.
When we have processed your order you will receive another email to let you know that your parcel is on route.
What if I receive the wrong item or the product is damaged or has some defect?
Always check the content of your parcel in front of the courier. If you're missing items or they arrived damaged please send us a message here
What is the estimated time of delivery?
We usually manage to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. However, due to us being a team of two we occasionally run out of time but do keep to a strict 3 working day dispatch time.

How much does it cost to ship?
The shipping costs all depend on the location, total weight of the package and the fuel fee. In order to get an exact price of the shipping costs simply add the desired products to your cart and get to the shipping section of the checkout.
Which company do you use to ship?
We ship everything with Royal Mail.
How do I track my parcel
You will only be able to track your order if you've selected the shipping upgrade for tracking.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email. Within the email if you click 'View Order' you will be able to see the tracking information under 'Shipping method'.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with any of the following methods: PayPal, Visa, Maestro, AMEX, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, G Pay
Will I receive my confirmation e-mail?
Yes, as soon as your order has been successfully placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email to confirm that we have dispatched the order.

How do I use discount/coupon codes?
During the first stage of the checkout process you will see a box that says 'discount codes' simply enter your code and then press apply.
I forgot to apply a discount. Can you refund me the difference?
No worries, just contact our support here.
Do you do a bulk or trade discount?

Can I change my shipping address?
Please send us a message here with your request. We will do our best to resolve it our end with the shipping company.
Is the invoice included in the package?
They're included upon request.
Do you do custom requests?
Yes, we do quite a lot of them. Please get in touch with us here and let us know what you have in mind.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return a print within 365 calendar days of delivery and you will get a 100% refund, please read our refunds policy here. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
